Imagine combining two of the most satisfying options to top off your Thanksgiving – pumpkin pie and, of course, a cup of coffee. Presenting the easy-to-make pumpkin pie latte! The best of both worlds.
Your just a few steps away from creating one of the most memorable coffee drinks you can get your hands on for post-Thanksgiving delights. Gather up your ingredients, and let’s get to brewing the pumpkin pie latte!
- Two cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- pumpkin pie spice (1/2 teaspoons)
- 2 tablespoons of canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup espresso
- Whipped cream
- ground nutmeg
Start off by combing milk, sugar, and your canned pumpkin into a small sauce dish.
Cook and stir your mix until it begins steaming.
Remove your dish from the oven and stir in your vanilla & pumpkin spice.
Pour everything into a blender and mix it up! Fifteen seconds should do the trick, or watch until it gets foamy.
Pour your mix into your choice of coffee mugs, and then add espresso.
Top everything off with whipped cream and ground nutmeg.
