Hi, this is Marianne Cordillo and welcome back to Cupa Cabana TV. Today, we’re going to be talking about a question that I’m frequently asked when I’m out at an event. And that is, what espresso do we use? This journey began back in Eugene, Oregon, when I was at barista training. And my instructor, Sheri Johns, was friends with a guy in Tarrytown, New York, named Mike Love. He’s the owner of Coffee Labs Roasters in Tarrytown. Mike and I connected through Sheri, and Coffee Labs has such dedication to their product that it only made sense for Cupa Cabana to use it. Mike and I worked together and developed a proprietary blend. It is Nicaraguan, Brazilian and Costa Rican, in nature. And it is absolutely wonderful. What we like the most about this is the fluffy, rich crema that it produces. And that’s very important to us, because that’s part of the upscale presentation that we have.
